- Within 24 hours of placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation of your order and the specifications you have requested. Please contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies so we can get your table to you the way you want. Please be sure to check the shipping address and phone number.
- Upon receipt of your return confirmation, we will send you a confirmation of our production schedule detailing when and how you will be receiving your table.
- You will be contacted prior to delivery so you can make preparations for delivery. If the delivery date is not compatible with your schedule, please contact us and let us know what would be a good time for delivery.

Construction Time
Average construction time is four(4) to six(6) weeks, depending on volume of orders.
Orders for custom poker tables can take eight(8) to ten(10) weeks.
Shipping
Your Chadwick Poker Table will be shipped in a foam lined wood crate. Please be
sure to inspect the poker table immediately to make sure there is no damage
during shipping. If you have damage to report, pack the poker table back up
and call us immediately. We will then issue a pick up with the shipping company
and you will move to the top of the priority list for scheduling.
Easy Assembly
All Chadwick Poker Tables come crated and ready for assembly. You will be provided
with easy-to-follow instructions on assembly and care of your poker table. Our knock down
assembly system allows you to easily take your poker table apart and move it with ease.
We will always make available the time to talk you through anything that may come up.
Payment
A 50% deposit is required to initiate an order for a poker table. The balance, including
all charges, shipping and any applicable taxes, is due prior to shipping.
We accept Cash, Checks, Visa and Mastercard.
Custom Designs
Most of our poker tables are based on basic dimensions. Therefore if you wish to
have custom sizing, wood species, bumper material or any other modification not listed,
we will be happy to give you a quote. Expect a longer construction time and delivery date.
Repairs
All Chadwick Poker Tables are built to easily be recovered without destroying the table.
Replace / Update Your Fabrics or Leathers
As an added bonus our tables have been designed to easily replace damaged
fabric or leather. You can even update your fabrics or leathers to
accommodate your changing tastes. Contact us to place an order for replacement parts.
We will be happy to walk you through the process.
Embroidery and Screen Printing
Chadwick Game Tables offer custom logos in either embroidery or screen printing.
